Caesars may not be recognized yet in the States, although the Swedish band's song "Jerk Out" is familiar to a lot of television viewers who heard it featured on the iPod commercial. It is not a barometer of success by any means but it's gotta be a shot in the arm for these newcomers. Caesars' sound evokes the retro Brit Mod sound of the Who and Oasis in its tunefulness, quirkiness, and garage-like vibe against an atmospheric backdrop . The aforementioned "Jerk Out" and the title track are the noteworthy tracks here on a record that is pleasant and hip, if not all that original.
